    The status of delivery doesn’t update for 1 week. It said with the local courier and no further information. There is no solution given by the operator from phone.
    Can I go to the depot and check it by myself?

    I was at home on my delievery date but nothing came. I found the card they left on my post box. I went to the office and I’ve been waisting my time about an hour there for nothing. I waited for an hour and they asked if there is anyone for the postcode E8 and I told her I am but she said only E8. I asked again I am E8 and she was keep repeating only E8. So I waited on the same que, when it was finally my turn, she said yours is E8. Excuse me? I told her several times but she was just repeating same thing so I thought maybe its for the post code only has E8. Then its closed so I cannot find my percel and I was waiting for an hour for nothing. Her attitude was really rude and she didn’t even tell me where to go. It is still annoying that they just left the card and didn’t even ring the bell but their service is ridiculously rude and inconvenience. I’ve waisted wholeday and more than one hour to trevel and waiting for nothing.
