I got a deal through USAA, or I might not have chosen them. However the guy on the phone was wonderful! Honest, did his best to get me the dates I needed, which worked out. The delivery and pickup were really cool. The driver has a joy stick and a hydrologic lift. So the POD is set down EXACTLY where you need it. He was on time coming and going. I haven’t had it delivered to the next place, but Im sure it will be fine. Also those friendly helpers you can hire on their website to load–just call them. Patriot movers in Oxnard was FANTASTIC! They got so much more packed into our POD than we ever could on our own.
They damaged our love seat and a table. I’ve been calling and fighting with them to fix or pay for the damage. I was told they pay $.60 cents a pound. I’ve been told we were going to get a check for $245.00 dollars weeks ago. Haven’t seen a dime. The check is in the mail. We need to talk to the owner. I’ve seen the check on his desk. I would not recommend this place to anyone. !!!!! Birmingham AL. The BBB didn’t recognize them !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely poor customer service. Been there today and once again dealt with Lisa’s unprofessional and rude behaviour. She has been famous for her nasty demeanor and ugly attitude. She has zero people skills and I’m shocked to see she’s still behind the counter. Unacceptable behaviour!
