    I returned a parcel to Home Choice in September 2020 from Namibia, and it shows that it was received on the 26 October 2020. Home choice have not received the package but when tracing it shows it`s at you warehouse. Would like to know as to why it has not reach Home Choice company. Parcel number: CV000420161NA

    Hi I am tracking a parcel thats was send from Cape mail hub to “the office” post office but it doesn’t tell me which post office this landed up at and its a registered mail that was send from attonery to me but never reached me at all.     Today I received two registered letters containing postage stamps sent to me by collectors in Mauritius and Canada respectively.

    They both took more than three months to be delivered to my Post Office Box despite having landed in South Africa at least two months ago according to the tracking number. I do not know what type of facilities you have to store incoming mail but obviously there is something wrong in your set-up.

    This rendered the contents totally useless to me as a collector. The stamps are now discolored and stuck together and absolutely ruined.

    During the week before last I handed a letter in at Sanlamhof to be sent to Germany by Registered Airmail.
    The clerk had already done everything when she remembered a circular that was sent that mail services to Germany had been suspended.
    Is that still valid?
    Any indication when the suspension will be lifted ?

    It always takes an eternity to get through the line in this branch. I’m also trying to get passports for my sons, and I have literally called at least 20 times to make an appointment (which is required) and they have never once answered the phone. I guess I’ll have to go in, wait in the incredibly long ridiculous line with my infant and toddler in tow, and make an appointment so that I can come back and do it all over again.

    The two men were on time professional courteous and actually entertaining making me feel very comfortable and at ease. They explained what exactly was going to happen throughout the process and went over the paperwork in detail and went above and beyond during the entire process

    Their driver nearly KILLED my parents! The driver was passing a truck towing a boat on a 2 lane highway (1 lane each direction). His eyes were fully on the truck and my parents had to quickly pull onto the shoulder to avoid being hit head on. Luckily there was enough room for them, but only just barely. My dad said that if he had stuck his arm out the window, it would’ve been torn off. Another car, carrying 2 young children was also almost hit and said the same thing – the driver never even looked at them. So far my parents and the other parents have tried and tried but have gotten no reply from Swift. This is an Atrocity!

    Quick and easy even though there was a line. I had to return an Amazon purchase and went to Kohl’s. The line was extremely long, so I went to UPS. I will be going there for any returns.

    Im at work waiting for 2 packages OPEN sigh on door and note in mail box saying we are open. The carrier puts mail in box but DOESN’T come to the door to make a Business delivery. There are even times he crams mail in our small box bending important Business mail.
