    The team was very professional. They did the packing in right size boxes which they later clearly marked to identify the items in them. They also did the loading carefully and handled the items with care. The team Consisted of Benta, Joram, Alex and Daniel.

    Sharing an experience and feedback on the Sarjapur delivery head.
    He refused to deliver my parcel and asked me to come to the office to collect it. He also refused to share details of delivery boys and says they are waited to give the parcel at the gate for half an hour. On further investigating he say’s he would rather come to the apartment to check security cameras than ensure the parcel is delivered to the customer.
    He also said he would return the parcel when I insisted that I will talk to the manager instead.
    It seems like they have no delivery staff and hence want people to collect their own parcels. Why run a delivery service if you don’t have the logistics to manage it?
    Horrible service.

    We have had several cases where we have shipped something through ShipTime, then had the individual carrier services try to tack on a bunch of extra charges for no reason. ShipTime’s Heroic Support resolves these issues with 1 simple phone call. It does take about 6 weeks.. but it gets fixed.

    Estimated delivery time is 3days and yet its the 4th day and still haven’t delivered the parcel…. Slow delivery service too bad you cant choose what company deliver you want in lazada.
