The staff is generally friendly, but I registered my new address for my new construction home with Canada Post back in April and no one I’ve asked including supervisors can tell me when I’m going to get a mailbox. Only the first two options on the phone menu work, and none of the larger packages are ever delivered to my home. It’s confusing because I’ll get notifications saying that they’ll deliver my package then a day later or so it says it’s being held instead. It’s really inconvenient to have to go all the time to check if I have mail, and they’ve lost my last package saying it was delivered to my non-existent mailbox. It’s really frustrating, and I’ve asked many times politely over the last several months, but I don’t know what else to do if they won’t put in a bigger mail unit so I can have a mailbox.
