    I’ve never used this location before but needed to as it was the closest that was open. The woman behind the counter appeared friendly enough even though she was on her cell phone she took care of my drop off and purchase quickly.
    I will however not be returning to this location because SHE DID NOT HAVE A MASK ON!!
    No option for 0 stars, very disappointing.

    My mid morning booking was not fulfilled, although booked weeks before settlement for my family home.
    Our Settlement was impacted – I was out of pocket thousands due to not having vacant possession by 5pm.
    Agent and buyer standing around at settlement watching the debacle and waiting for their home and witnessing calls to Fox who told me on the day of moving that I should have booked a morning session in hindsight. The removalist fortunately arrived at 3:30pm. They organised some one else, sub contractor I think. Wonder what ever happened to my booking? I said the settlement time every time and was guided by them. All the remainder household goods were then needed to go on street footpath to finally vacate the house. We moved a lot of boxes out of the house while waiting around for the truck.
    Fortunately able to finally move out and I stood in the night time on the street looking after the furniture on the footpath till midnight to complete the move.
    The removalists men themselves were responsive and careful with my things but in over their heads with a truck too small for the home and that brokedown after the first load delivered.
    Very stressful experience.

    these people are No 1 Bluff masters they will just bluff the people. the courier boy even just can’t traice a simple address and when I called them about my shipment delivery they just keep on saying today it will be delivered on any cost sir. delivery boy is out to deliver your shipment.. hahh has haa what a Bluf dart. chiiiieee

    Waited 30 minutes to talk to an adviser… only for them to put the phone down as soon as it connected. Will hold for another 30…
    Held for another 37 minutes only to be picked up and immediately put down. Dare I try again??
    The message whilst holding asks for patience and good manners when speaking with staff. If only they could afford their customers the same courtesy.
    Calling again… as I have no life.

    Absolutely rude staff. I believe it’s a couple that runs this place both are equally rude and nasty people. I definitely won’t be using this post office again.
