    Worst Post Office Ever!!!! I had someone send me a package that required a signature. Everytime that happens, no one attempts to knock on my door. They just automatically say I wasn’t there to recieve the package and lie about leaving a notice. If it wasn’t for my informed delivery, I would never know if I had a package to begin with. Everytime I go to pick it up from the post office, they say it’s back on delivery. Why would that even happen if you clearly tell your customers that if they pay for an authorized signature and no one is at home then they would have to come to the post office and pick it up? I have been back and forward for three days now trying to get my package. When I asked why protocols are not being followed, I get told I would have to ask the deliverer. I’m just tired of it. I do not trust them to deliver my mail at all. If I had a life saving medicine in that package, I would be dead by now.

    OneNation was very responsive and thoroughly professional. They were on time and the move was smooth. 3 people helped move our house, re assemble furniture and all and were very accommodating to work around our schedule late into night. They did all the move during this polar vortex and is very appreciated.

    They lose your package, lie to you that they will call you back on the same day or “in a little bit” and then they don’t just lying to the customer. Acting like they didn’t do anything wrong. Losing a package on a Friday just to tell the customer they’ll have to wait til Monday for their employee who lost the package to find it. Reoccurring issue in my neighborhood too

    Why do you send out E~nails saying what time you’re going to be here. You provide a service, Yes! But you have no right to waste a customers time.
    I waited in my home ALL day waiting for a package that you sent several Emails that it would be here by 1:30 PM here it is 400 and no package
    Thank you for wasting my time…
    StopSending emails if you cannot guarantee that service because like you a lot of your customers have lives to that they’d like to be participating in rather than waiting for you to show up thank you for nothing
