   I sincerely recommend using the UPS / shipping desk across the street at STAPLES. Much more professional and service oriented. No charge there to print a prepaid return label or tape up a box.

   The staff is awful. I can in to package and mail a knife i received from my deceased brother following his memorial. It was sharp and needed to be carefully packaged. I asked for a box, tape, etc. The staff refused to hand me the tape dispenser, stating it had sharp edges. I wrapped my knife in a bubble wrap bag for protection. The clerk took it an threw it onto the scale. I asked him to be careful with it. The idiot was going to mail and label the knives in the bubble wrap and not box it. His manager stated I was being rude to her employees and to leave and to ship it elsewhere. I just stared at the entitled manager, who was blind to the lack of training her employee had. Thought about it and absolutely knew they would damage my knife. I went to FedEx/OfficeDepot a few blocks away. Oh man the staff there was sympathetic and extremely helpful in making sure the knife was properly packaged and weight. I would avoid this location.

   HORRIBLE! My package was lost (well delivered to the wrong unknown unit in my complex) and they didn’t seem to care. I was given a phone number for a supervisor which just rings and rings. When they FINALLY pick up they HANG UP ON YOU!!

   The whole staff seems like a pleasure to work with, but on this day, I interacted with Doug. And he is amazing!!! Excellently detail-oriented, efficient and upbeat. Even caught something that was missing and helped with that too.

   The movers at Cardinal are awesome! They worked with me on adjusting my move several times, with no problem at all. They are quick and efficient. Nothing was broken, no damage to any of the walls or floors! They were all friendly and helpful. They put things were they were labeled to go in the new location, and even assembled my bed for me. I would highly recommend these movers to anyone.

   Employee I spoke with was very rude. I walked in and she asked what I needed, I said I need to mail this paper …. she looked at me, rolled her eyes and said We dont mail. We ship.
   AWESOME. I NEED TO SHIP THIS.
   Absolutely NO need to be rude. If you don’t like your job, find another one!
