The whole process was painless. I appreciated how Kelly explained the whole process from the pick up to the delivery. Bringing my Mustang from Houston to Los Angeles was not a short trip, and therefore, I was a little uneasy about the whole situation, but Direct Express Auto Transport managed to make it all painless. I will be using them in the future and would recommend it to anyone out there.
The window clerk, Janice, was helpful, attentive, and quick! I was not the only one who benefited from her help. She is a true problem solver and an example of customer service!

I’ve visited this store a few times. Each time, like previous reviews mention, the guy servicing me is just plain grumpy. It’s clear he doesn’t enjoy what he does for a living and he makes it pretty obvious to you. Today he was just flat out rude. Again, like previous reviews mention, he wanted to charge me a packaging fee for putting a strip of tape over my box to close it and attach the preprinted label. I made it clear I thought the service he was providing me with was fairly awful and he just shot back a rude comment. If you want to stay in a good, positive mood, avoid this place.
Hansen Bros got the job done during the stressful and unknown of COVID-19. They made my move easy, were very professional in their service, and I would definitely use them again. 100% would recommend to friends, family and all.
