    Einars & Vlad were amazing!! My window was 8-10a and they showed up 30 minutes early. Both were extremely friendly and handled all my items with care including a 6 ft wine fridge with a glass door. I will recommend to all of my friends!!

    The wooden Box is a pefect example of a (True) New Orleans Business. Down to earth owners with a open atmosphere that makes you feel like your family. I drop off my pre-paid fedex packages there all the time. If your looking to ship,crate,receive etc. I (wood) go with the wooden box. I normally do not write reviews but I have to give credit where its deserved.

    $2.50 to print a pre-paid shipping label? I was going to also buy a box here but forget it! Extremely rude staff as well. Avoid at all costs.

    Rude front desk staffs. Will not go there any more. They are not making eye contact to the customer and they are pretend to do some task to escape to attend the customer next in line. Worst fedex store which i have seen till now. Train your staff how to talk with customers.

    THIS CO. USED MY DEBIT CARD TO MAKE PURCHASES!!! I’ve used this Co. 3 times. Every time the movers were rude. It was as if they were mad at me for being at work. This last time was by far the worst. I had to cancel my debit card b/c someone at this moving Co. used my card for their own purchases. They also always tried to get me to add on something (shrink wrap, blankets, etc…) so my total would be more. When you’re moving your tired, trying to make sure everything is in order and for movers to try and use that to their advantage is the worst. I had multiple purchases I had to dispute within chase. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
