Awful UPS store. I brought a $30 rug in as an Amazon return. They told me I had to put it in its original package, or they would charge me $45 to package it. I told them I can’t possibly repackage it in the original because it was in a tightly wrapped and tapped up plastic that I had to cut up to open.I went to another UPS store, and they packaged it for free for me.
Been through a lot of moves and companies and Liberty is by far the best. From sales to delivery everyone was superb. I have never had my items packed, wrapped and protected so well. My loaders and unloaders were so careful and willing to help with whatever I needed.
I highly recommend Liberty/United movers.
Let me start by saying this is NOT a FedEx retail shipping location. It’s a shipping hub where they dispatch packages from (for home delivery I believe).
Anyway, I had them hold a package for me here and picking it up was simple and pleasant!
The owner and staff went above and beyond and were so kind and compassionate and helpful. The young lady who answered the phone was so kind and assured me they could receive the items I needed to ship, they had boxes I needed, and they would be picked up in a few days, as the driver had already picked up that day. It was almost closing when I arrived because the first ups store I had tried did not have what I needed, even though I had called that morning to ask. The staff and owner at this store stayed well after closing to help me figure out creative ways to package what I had safely for transport. I am so grateful for their kindness in a difficult time.
