    So, I Moved from Tennessee to Florida, when I lost my job due to Covid reasons, and The move was breeze, the toughest thing was around the sudden changes and reasons why I had to move. You know, Sometimes you don’t know how everything will work out
    , & sometimes the only thing you can have is faith. They even gave me free storage until I had ma place to put my stuff. This was the hardest, most emotional move in my life, and they were that shoulder I cried on. I’m choking up writing this right now.     Understanding that COVID-19 has put increased pressure on many courier services, you should expect some delay due to the sheer volume of packages being shipped. However, the only two packages I’ve ordered using UPS have been delayed by over a week without any update scans from the warehouse. This is unacceptable considering two day shipping for one of these packages cost me over $70 before additional taxes and brokerage fees. UPS will change delivery estimations daily and customer service representatives will feed you lies about your package being out for delivery when it is clearly still sitting at the warehouse. This is abysmal customer service; at least be honest with the people paying your drivers. Shipping with UPS is an expensive lesson learned – for anyone foolish enough to consider using them as their carrier, I urge you to reconsider. Avoid this service at all costs.
