Both the loading and unloading of our furnishings was as careful and attentive as it could be!!! Both Muhammad and Fransisco put in extra time to make sure every detail of the move was a GREAT experience. We were very pleased as they were extremely pleasant, very careful and protected our front door and frame, stair rails to the basement and the floor protection was awesome. Had they not stayed and helped us assemble our new adjustable bed and mattress and the bed frame we would still be there as I write this email. Well done Bailey’s and gentlemen!!!!!!
We phoned this organisation twice, and both times they left us speechless with their amazing services. To avoid any kind of uncertainties in the process, our incharge was competent and resourceful in discussing the policies and the price in advance. These efficient and careful movers respected each of our possessions, as nothing was lost or broken.
It’s a darn shame that we have to basically fight to receive things we paid for. I don’t care about the mail ladii being preg in Northaven. If you too far too work give a job to someone that needs it. Too lazii to drop Mii stuff on the porch pathetic. I give natural birth to five boys worked with no Excuses. Then to have to come out becuz I’m on quarantine to get Mii packages Is terrible. Then the crazii thing is huge ladii said we have a lot of carriers loosing their babies….AND PEOPLE ARE DYING FROM COVID having to come out when it’s not necessary..
I shipped two boxes of cargo with this company in early 2018. They lost one of cargo in transit and the other one arrived completely damaged and a year late. Attempts to reach their US office went unanswered. When I finally talked to someone in their office I was told they would “look into it”. It’s been two years since this happened and I still have no response from this company. I would not recommend them. They are unprofessional and dishonest.
