I have had packages “on the truck for delivery” only to have the driver straight up lie and say a delivery was attempted when there was no attempt. I was home. Cameras on. No attempt. Nearly 100% of the time a package is on the truck, some BS exception occurs and the package is late. Pathetic. The driver(s) in the woodinville area are pathetic.
The counter help was very helpful. He went over all of the shipping options I had to get a package to VA. They are expensu. However, they do guarantee delivery times.
If u can leave negative stars, I would. I’ve never experienced such rude, frustrating service in my life! Pure ghetto trash..postmen don’t even attempt to deliver the packages, say that a notice was left, then they don’t even leave a yellow slip, wait 4 hours on a heads achingly slow line just to be told that they don’t have your package in the first place! You’ll want to kill yourself after dealing with these people!
The manager there is a hard person to deal with. Accusatory, everything is YOUR fault as a customer, even though they took the package you had wrapped and they had wrapped it themselves to be “more secure”. Three of my items arrived broken. Good thing I purchased insurance. But it doesn’t matter. I was treated with a lack of respect from the manager.
Everything I go there, she very friendly, professional and cooperative. She makes sure to find the best shipping way. I give out of my way to gi there because I know I will be in good hands.
