   I had a terrible experience with the Idaho Falls Post Office on 4th Street. They were unhelpful, refused responsibility for the mistake and generally did not care that the service I paid for was not carried out. Too bad, so sad and I don’t care attitude. Very disappointing.

   Jake was excellent with his communication during the entire process of trying to find a transporter for my sons car. My son is active duty army and I had his car transported from florida to New York. This is the first time I have ever done anything like this and Jake master the experience smooth and easy. This company has an exceptional employee with Jake and also June. June has continued to follow up about the driver and if everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I thank you so very much for your follow up emails and effective communication to make sure the driver does a good job. The driver did an exceptional job also!

   Claims to have attempted delivery multiple times but never actually delivered my package. All mailing address information was correct but each time they retracted my package with some impossible excuse. For example, Business Closed – Its a residential building with the front entrance open at all times. I also found myself calling about 10 times before someone actually picked up the phone. This happened 3 times. Why do these people still have their jobs?

   Aaron & Sam were professional, efficient and respectful of my belongings and me as a customer. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will certainly recommend them to my friends and business collegues.
