    warning – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give them a zero if I could. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company in general. Where to begin…I hired this company to move one exercise machine from one home to another. When the guys arrived it took them several hours to try to move it out of the home and they were unsuccessful and wasted four hours of the homeowner’s and my time and had to come back with additional mover several days later. I asked if they would be so kind as to discount us for the inconvenience, however they did not. Almost a week later they moved the machine into my home and destroyed the entry way and also broke the three sections of the body of the machine and on top of it all they LOST the electrical plug/cord so I couldn’t use the machine and had to call several places to find one which I had to pay for additionally. I called them and asked what they could do to correct the issue and they said they would refund me 50 dollars and send me a check for the price of the cord. So now I have a jacked up broken machine and a destroyed entry way and no cord for my machine and I paid $430.00 cash for this unspeakable nightmare. The manager gave me a hard time and undermined me and belittled me when I told her the machine was destroyed. She went on to say she spoke directly with the owner and the woman told her it was an old machine. WRONG not true and completely irrelevant and unprofessional. I cannot express how horrific this experience was from start to finish. I have several businesses myself and this is the worst customer service and etiquette I have ever encountered. DO yourself a favor and go with a different company.

    Great experience! Victor is the best!! He’s a rockstar! Super professional. Fast, organized, excellent, nice, honest … can’t say enough good things.     Horrible service, actually zero service. No option for zero star, quickly becoming a legal matter. Multiple times addressing the mailman mishandling my mail. Next step legal action
