   So I had a 500 dollar package that was left outside my apartment building even after mentioning in the delivery instructions to buzz in and leave it at my unit door as there is no concierge and due to it being a high traffic area where individuals with sticky fingers is an issue, but the instructions weren’t followed, I luckily had a recording of the driver leaving the package and I immediately reached out to apple express as the package was taken by someone who I did not recognize, the rep was good and got the driver to call me, the driver was also well spoken but what I found out was pretty sad, he apologized and said he will come back to find it for me, and said that any deliveries that are not made would come out of his pocket, luckily the person who picked it up was a member of the building staff and locked it in the supply room and I got a call from the superintendent about it.
   Company definitely needs to train the drivers properly, hopefully this won’t happen again, I have seen several 3rd party courier services losing their business with amazon, from the reviews I see many people facing this issue, and if apple express doesn’t get it right they will be next on the list of boycotted courier services.

   Worst service ever. I ordered a package 23rd june its been more than a week still they cant delivery the product in Chittagong from Dhaka.
   Worthless,useless service be like. Disappointing. Not recommended at all in case you dont wanna wait for weeks to get your product.
