   Danny had exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was able to provide me a reliable Driver RAZVAN who had a wonderful personality and great customer service. My car was picked up in San Antonio and delivered to San Diego within 24 hours (originally given a 4-5 day delivery window. This company exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

   If you would like to find a far more pleasant customer service experience recommend finding the nearest dmv. Unfortunately some good team building seems to be goin on behind the counter- but none of that is translating into customer service rather some toxic energy by some seemingly lazy entitled people- but hey maybe they were having a bad day lol. The manager probably will respond that she is a saint lol- and that her and her employee chatting under their breath about some gal on her cell phone not moving up in line – they really got each other’s back lol- they will chat about it for 10 minutes while another employee actually is pretending to try and help a customer contemporaneously- by not answering a question and mumbling with his coworker about how people are so inattentive hahahahash. The irony was truly priceless; while the guy is trying to scan bar codes upside down because he isn’t paying attention to a thing- but watching this woman in the far corner of the shop on texting lol- that isn’t even in this guys line- gal must have really gotten under his skin- poor guy took 10 minutes to scan 4 bar codes during that very audible chat to a customer with his manager I am assuming- while helping me lol- I’m sure was very beneficial to some team building. So the team gets 5 stars for sure lol. The team with customers hahahah. Like oil and water. Dmv close by with openings I’m sure for y’all whoever owns this location this has strictly been written for you lol i appreciate small business owners especially when struggling.

   I am currently a Driver for Wheels. And it’s been my experience that I made a good choice in coming to work here. Everyone from the managers to my fellow drivers have been nothing but friendly and professional . The office staff are all great and make you feel at home, the managers are always available to help with any questions or concerns³
   They bought me a brand new pallet Jack as soon as they found out mine was not working properly, when ANYTHING on my truck has had a issue, they have it fixed immediately.
   So overall I think Wheels Assured is an outstanding Company that has an awsome family of employees who take care of their people and who make sure their drivers are protected by providing decent working equiptment for on time safe deliveries.
