    Employees make the company. Unfortunately some delivery guys and dispatchers give Temco a very very bad name.
    After I wrote my review, before I post it, I read some other reviews. Many echoed what I said, some Temco delivery guys don’t want to move appliances to 2nd or 3rd floor. They would lie to get out of doing the work.
    I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer from HD in June. Temco was the delivery and installation contractor. After seeing that the refrigerator goes to the 2nd floor and washer and dryer to the 3rd floor, the crew did not want to do it. So they told me the refrigerator was too big to go up the stairs (which was not true as I ordered the same size refrigerator as the model home. Other units also had their refrigerator installed with no issue ) They also said the drip pan for the washer was too small which also was not true.
    the 2 guys kept talking to each other and the dispatcher in Spanish and told me HD is not their boss. They can only take instruction from their dispatcher whom they talked to in Spanish which I don’t understand.
    They kept telling me to hurry up and decide what to do with my order BECAUSE they have 4 more deliveries to do. They don’t have time for me. I had to tell them whether to have them take my order back or leave the appliances in the garage to find my own delivery and installation people.
    I went back to HD, the assistant store manager, Stacey called and convinced Temco dispatcher that the stair case is wide enough for the counter deep refrigerator. She Rescheduled a re-delivery and requested a different delivery team.
    Jose and Leo came out a few days later. They took the time and successfully took the refrigerator up the stairs without any scratches or damage to the surrounding walls. They installed the washer on the same drip pan.
    The first crew who came on June 27, 2019 was rude and obnoxious. The second team, Jose and Leo who came on July 2 was courteous and patient.
    Temco, if you don’t improve on your customer care attitude, you will lose HD as your customers because we are not going to put up with bad business practice from your employees.
