    Gus and his crew arrived on time on moving day. There was no damage to our furniture. They finished before the quoted time. Gus even picked up our packing paper and boxes after the move. We would definitely use Swift and Gentle moving again.

    For the most part they are very friendly and professional. The only issue I have had was trying to get the Alaska 49 prices. Twice they said I was not showing in their system and I was forced to call and stay on hold for an hour to get it fixed. Then having to wait in line for another 30 minutes.

    How just one bad person behind the counter could ruin the reputation of an entire company … Recently I experienced poor customer service, when a screaming woman behind the counter forced me to buy a tape, when I asked for one sticker bag, she screamed at me that it’s a business and nothing is free.., I’m using very often this branch, and usually do not have any problem with the service …, this I was very disappointed and so I decided to give only one star to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service.

    I used this moving company once when I moved to my apartment in March. I hate moving, who doesn’t? So I figured I would try a moving company for the first time. The rates to move me were reasonable with Always Moving, so I took a chance and used them.
    They showed up promptly, took great care of my things, were very prepared (literally had hundreds of blankets ready to use, plus bungee cords to strap things if needed), and were very courteous. They moved me efficiently and didn’t waste any time, which is good because you pay by the hour.
    I was highly satisfied and regret not using them sooner.
    I was so happy my friend Audrey used them a few month later. She sent me a text afterwards thanking me for recommending them because they made her move so easy and stress free as well.
    I give them 10 stars!
