    Used them prior to ship items down to the states but this is the first time I used them to have an item shipped from the states to Calgary.
    Overall both experiences have been great! Thomas helped me out when I picked up my parcel. As well all my emails were answered immediately.
    Not sure what the other reviews are about but this is a great company that helps you with your cross border needs.
    I will be using them again in the near future.

    VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND NOT WORTH COURIER SERVICE. I RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
    THERY ASSURE ME 7 DAYS DELIVERY BUT AFTER 15 DAYS TILL NOW OUR PERSON DONT GET THEIR PARCEL ALSO THEY ARE NOT COPERATIVE AND NOT ATTENDING ANY CALLS IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM.

    I went yesterday afternoon to send my driving licence by letter. On the desk, a man called Ahad attended me. He was extremely rude. I asked him a few questions about the delivery options and he answered me: I don’t know, you choose… Why do you ask me?. Incredible!. Not only that, but when I was about to pay and asked the price for the envelope, he lied to me. He said it was £76… I asked if he was sure (as it was quite a high price). He then tried to make fun of me and said I have hearing problems… And said it was 76 pences only for me. Disgusting behaviour. Ahad, remeber his name. Someone in the management should tell him something.

    To the 2.7 stars I would disagree and give this 5 stars I’ve been going to this post office for about 6 months now and I have to say the staff are very respectful and polite and have never had a problem with this post office.
