I have to say that this Bourret Transport store is hands down the best store around. The customer service is excellent and all of the employees truly care and they are very knowledgeable. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.
CON: Bourret Transport terminal email was not correct. When I emailed, I did not get a response. PRO: When I called the office, Eva picked up right away. Eva was incredibly helpful and efficient. She booked my shipment within minutes and sent me the pick up # so I was able to track my shipment. She was able to book my shipment before LFD. I was nervous since I did not receive a response back to my email, that this shipment would not be picked up in time and we would have to pay storage at the CFS. Eva got it booked though and took good care of my shipment. She also gave me good visibility so I was able to provide updates to my customer. Big shout out to Eva, thanks for helping me out.
