Royal moving and storage is very responsible company. I ordered the car and it arrived on time, without delay. All guys were polite and careful. My furniture and even hard appliances arrived to a new apartment in perfect condition.
I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always very helpful, but they do get a rush around the holidays so there could be a wait.
Very hard workers! Sylvia is a little scary to talk to on the phone but she cares a lot and that shows in how the team thinks about carrying things and packing things. As the other reviews say, they are as careful as possible. Very fair pricing for time and supplies. Came prepared with more blankets that was great since I underestimated how much I’d need. Would recommend and call again for future moves in San Antonio. Thank you so much!
Shipped a .2 lb package today. (Padded envelope) They deceptively don’t show you the cost until you actually check out. I swiped my card and had an additional charge pop up as I was swiping. $3 for a padded envelope. Ended up being $12.50 or so to ship. The staff here seemed to not care at all. Was never informed of the extra cost, and would not have paid this if I had known beforehand.
My item was cut open and stolen files a report about 3 months ago got the spin around they could clearly track it to this post office what a shame!!
