    Used them, overall a good company to move your items. App was easy to use and as a client I was never kept in the dark. I was always notified about where my movers are and when they finished. Would have given a 5 star but the guys who moved me arrived later than our agreed upon time. Otherwise everything else won’t smoothly. Thanks guys

    Absolutely diabolical service from this good-for-nothing bunch of lying clowns. One star is way too good for them. They text me to say my parcels will be delivered between 4pm and 5pm. I duly made myself available only for them to turn up at 12:45pm, not leave a card and not bother telling me either. The worst of it is that they have no way of tracking their drivers or tracking the parcel. It’s either out for delivery or at depot. That’s the sum of their useless information. And where do you think their Manchester depot is? The back of beyond in Middleton which is closer to Oldham than it is in Manchester! DPD need to wipe this company out. Parcelforce have a lot to learn from them!
