Poor Customer service – trust me…GO ELSEWHERE!! Get your game face on if you plan on dealing with these employees. Just listing two of many examples) Visit-1. I arrive with two packages. Which were shipped to me taped together by the manufactor. Albeit, It is two separate items with two separate products with two return labels. They say pick a label…I said but wait, it’s two labels because there are two products that I am returning. I need to be credited by Amazon for both products. They act like the boxes have the plague and well they can’t do that. I said well then I will separate the boxes, then you will have two separate boxes…..so when I asked to borrow sciccors to separate the boxes (they act like I just insulted them and tell me they can’t do that)….then one decent employee says well I can use box cutter to break off the packing tape…..Good grief they make a mountain out of a mole hill . Visit-2. Trying to return another time with another Amazon return- They don’t tape my return label to the box, they place it on top, place it to the side, print my receipt, to only then place the label inside the box and ship the dang thing back to me (obviously a simple mistake)…so, when I return to explain what happened – they give me an attidue and tell me to contact Amazon (no, you need to tape the label to the outside of the box and ship it to the business it was suppose to go to in the first place (you all made a mistake – why give me an attitude)? Almost every employee has a chip on their shoulder EVERYTIME I GO there. Attitudes I’ve never seen in my 25+ years in customer service. Unless you are one of their UPS driver’s of course, who, no matter ,they flirt with, with big smiles- every time I am in there. To then turn around and have huge attitudes with their customer’s. My last three attempts to return Amazon packages were a nightmare (Be sure to know I will be contacting Amazon as well). Stay away!! This went on throughout the Holidays ….such a shame. Never AGAIN!!
Picked up a case/box of wine. Box was mangled and appeared moisture (from wine) had gotten to it. I did not notice it until it was loaded into my truck. The individual from the store actually loaded it into the basket for me. We had groceries so I did not check the contents until we got home. Multiple bottles were broken and it appeared the top had been retaped (tape was stuck to inside paperwork).
Individual at store was fine.
I do feel I should have been notified that damage had most likely occurred.
