I have been trying to contact Boots though Mail. But, did not receive a proper reply. Been waiting for my parcel for two days. I really needed this soon. But, now I don’t think I’ll receive it! My money was also being deducted. And the tracking number is given wrong, since Royal Mail said it’s invalid!!

Nightmare never again
We use Peter from Boots in the Ringwood area. He was amazing, professional, quick response, good price, prompt service and we will definitely be calling Peter again soon.
Boots is a tad more expensive than some; however, what you get is a very professional service, and they were very helpful as, when it came to the time of the move, my husband was seriously ill and unable to do anything and we had a new puppy. The men coped with everything and even helped pack things cheerfully as I was so behind having to do everything myself.
Pathetic service from Boots. Not only was the parcel 4 days late, the person who delivered left it lying outside. Didn’t bother to ring the intercom and check if someone is home, while we were at home waiting for it.
Wait a long time at Boots, the employees are friendly and for the fact that I didn’t have the mask put on, outside, which seems like an aberration to me, he swore at me.
Tried to send an Evri parcel at BOOTS. Was told the machine wasn’t working (it seems as though from reviews it never works). I asked him where I should drop it instead and he told me to turn left on the roundabout and there’s a Tesco just there. There isn’t! The closest Evri Tesco is nearly 3 miles away. Very unhelpful and dismissive.
Regret that I transported my bike from Boots fellow. They don’t pack properly, misplaced my bike keys and mirrors, lot of damages like body panels are broken and scratches on the petrol tank and headlamps. Worst experience – don’t transport your vehicle from this Boots service… Third class service.
