   There is nothing below 1 star , this is a disaster company…. Everytime the hold my package at their pickup location without any delibery attempt and blaming that I requested a pickup.
   And I call atleast 3 times and they take 2 weeks to deliver my package , I requested to speak with supervisor 5 times…. But they never called back

   Moving team was great, friendly clean and very fast, however I was quoted at 5-6 hours at $600-700. They sent an additional man without letting us know taking the hourly rate from $149 – $189 without our approval. Once all was said and done the move took 4.75 hours and the total was just shy of $1100. I know quotes are not completely accurate but this was an astronomical difference for coming in under the expected time.
   EDIT: My own fault for only looking at the star review I see almost everyone that looks like a real person had the same experiences or worse. Updated to one star to help others see the true ratings.

   This place is usually busy and lined up out the door!
   We have been told about the business line which is helpful and you can very much tell the confident- faster staff.

   They are incommunicado… They don’t even bother to call… Not even delivering letters in 3kms radius from their office
   Most unprofessional courier service… Avoid completely

   After being overcharged, when I went in the next day with till receipt they refused to repay so will never set foot again in that P.O. That after using them for several years for my daily papers.
