I was faced with a need for office chairs in the short time frame of one day and was very pleased with my experience with BOMBAY ANDHRA TRANSPORT! The process was quick, easy, fair, affordable, and very friendly. Additionally, they were very flexible with my selection process and trying out the chairs in my space, which I really appreciated!! Overall great experience, absolutely recommended!
Not one of the counter employees at BOMBAY ANDHRA TRANSPORT wear masks in clear violation of the law during this purple tier we are currently in.
They need to be fired immediately.
I paid for the liftgate delivery but the guy from bombay andhra transport called and told me to meet him somewhere else down the street or at the end of my long driveway to pick up the package due to them not feeling comfortable to come down my driveway. So he ended up meeting me at the end of my long driveway and brought it to me and put it down on my driveway and proceeded to tell me that I’m not allowed to inspect my own packages for any damages and said I have no problem putting it back on the truck and going on my way so I literally had no choice besides not getting my package that I’ve waited almost a month for or taking the chance of it being broken. Company is a joke.
Today I need to send the gifts for my nieces but my box is too large for delivery which I never was aware of. Thanks Lavene from Bombay Andhra Transport for helping me out, she went back and forth to find the perfect box for me. That is very impressive because she could just say come back again after repackaging. Thank you very much. And so sorry to hold up the line almost 25 minutes. 🙂
