Bom-Gim Couriers Branch Locations: Gandhidham, Delhi, Andheri Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Daryaganj, etc…
Failed to deliver my package multiple times over the span of a week, despite me having specifically emailed them after the first failed attempt to make sure they had my address and Eircode correct. Got a late reply to that email because they had no internet Friday (very professional outfit these lot).
Never once thought to call or email me before deciding to send my package back to the sender. Tried to contact them via WhatsApp, no response. Tried to respond to the email from the previous week, no response. Tried to call their local depot and got immediately disconnected. Tried to message them on social media and you can’t as they have no twitter account or ability to message via Facebook messenger.
Finally emailed them again and got a response that they had issues with the address whatever that means.. Easier to send my package back overseas than to Galway, I guess..
Reached out to the sender and asked them to expedite a delivery via a different courier, which they couldn’t guarantee, so I asked for a refund. Will do everything in my power not to deal with these muppets again..
Somewhat relieved to be honest, because at least my package never arrived and didn’t arrive in bits like it seems to have happened for a lot of people leaving Google and Facebook reviews. Wouldn’t like to be put in that position of having to reach out to a retailer and having to explain that the courier service they use are incompetent and can’t move a package from A-to-B without leaving it water-logged or in tatters. Will take my refund and run far away from ever having to deal with these morons again.
Sorry for going on-and-on here but they don’t respond to reviews so may as well vent a bit and try and warn anyone else who may see this.
