   The Moving Forward team was great — very responsive in the move window, accelerated the pick up time at my request, and were very communicative during the move itself. When the planned evening drop-off got delayed until morning due to unforeseen traffic and poor weather, the team was responsive and ready to go early the next morning. And even did us a favor by re-assembling the piece of furniture upon delivery. Highly recommend.

   E l m h u r s t Illinois post office
   I get notified of the mail that is coming to my mailbox. Today Thursday the 28th I was notified that I had pieces of mail that were coming to me. The postman who was delivering mail walked right past my house and went to the neighbors. I tried calling the post office but of course no one answers the phone After Twenty or so rings. We count on them to get our mail and important documents and they have failed miserably. I’m giving them a one-star only because I have to give them something

   I often go here to return items that I have to return to Amazon. I used to bring the original Amazon box unsealed, but they used to just dumped it and remove the item to be returned. They used to pack items provided with Return Label for FREE. They did this for longest time. But last week (20 Aug 2021), I brought just the item and Label. UPS CHARGED me for flimsy Envelope, I was surprised❗ Also for some reason last 2weeks, they closed at 2pm, I asked why, but they didn’t give me a good answer.‍♀
   This place usually had good service. Few of my Friends said that they always had some issues at this place. I didn’t until last week.

   Very poor experience. Totally disappointed. Initially gave me a a quote of $1650 to transport my car. They then increased it to $2300 for no reason. No way I will hire these people.
