   You can only book your passport appt 4 weeks out. I looked at every single day for four weeks and NOT ONE fifteen minute slot is available. This is absolutely ridiculous. I find it hard to believe this tiny location that is always empty when I go in during their hours has no appointments!

   Will lie and say they attempted delivery and left a notice. I have 3 packages that I’m trying to find because what happens is I order something and I see where the seller/merchant shipped and the package is scanned where it’s shipping from…. then days and days go by and there are no more scans or either the scans stop after the package goes thru north Houston…. someone is ALWAYS home in the day time here, so I know they never made any attempt to deliver my packages. Seems like every post office down in Houston and surrounding areas have lazy employees, because I’ve moved several times over the years I’ve been living here and this is the 4th post office that I have been frustrated with. Honestly these postal workers down here kinda have it easy considering all the mailboxes are in the same spot for most of the neighborhood/sub-division; where I’m from mailboxes are at the front door and our postal workers park and walk to do deliveries. Also they keep putting mail that isn’t mine in my mailbox… I take what’s mine out and put the other mail back, hoping they would eventually get the hint that those folks don’t live here but it’s been over 2 months.

   Store close at seven was there at 6:30 need a notary stated the notary closes six even though it’s not on the website waste a trip
