    In ALL my years using BNL Courier I have NEVER had a package delivered to this post office and then NOT get it… Because it was PICKED up by someone else! Now, I’m out MY package AND MY money!
    The post office is not the same as when Jim was running it.

    Would absolutely avoid BNL Courier at all costs. Was told to go to the end of the line for no reason. Employees did not understand how to follow simple procedures and mix up my mail. When I show them this they cannot understand the wrong address is printed when the correct address is written on the same sheet. These people get paid great hourly wage with benefits, and they selectively discriminate against customers because they have a high volume and they do not want customers to come back because it makes their job harder. This plus the fact they are in union and it is hard to get fired and they absolutely have no motivation whatsoever. I was also harassed repeatedly. As well as being publicly ostracized and embarrassed in front of multiple customers. As this happened I saw another customer leave visibly upset and curse in frustration. I was treated unkindly by multiple people today.

    Talk about efficiency. I was in and out quickly at BNL Courier. The price was half that of the courier office and I was given a 2 day guarantee. Thanks I’ll be back when I have another package to be mailed.
