I am Luis Palomeque de Silva DNI 00369335R and I have purchased a generation 3 X1 sdrive 1.8d 150CV at the FERSAN dealership in Alicante. The car was scheduled for delivery this week. I came from the dealership and the car is still not finished due to lack of control of quality, but a new thing appears that the commercial does not know what it means (status F2). Can you tell me what it means, how long it can take, and if it can be how to follow the process that remains until it is delivered to me.
Estimate was very close. Packers were excellent and load and delivery dates were kept to. Un-loaders were also great, not to mention the driver who kept in close contact. Overall, I’d choose BMW again, but glad I shouldn’t have to. Moving is hell.
This place has 2 entrances, after hours use the side entrance to get in off the side street. Beware the lot has no drainage, also the parking is very tight, not enough room to maneuver a tractor trailer.
I love the recipes and menus that are offered. I love the fact that after delivery the ice is still frozen and the eats are cold and fresh. Last but not least, I really appreciate the communication with the delivery!
>I don’t normally leave bad reviews but something is up with this BMW, probably have to be the worst courier office to have a package go through. The last package I ordered just seemed to disappear as soon as it reached their facility. So I have to order a replacement for it. Now I have another package that said it arrived at their facility on the 12th, here we are on the 23rd and I can’t get any information on said package that I ordered weeks ago and need it before the 31st… Like I said I don’t know what’s going on with their facility but I feel like this is where packages go to disappear!! It’s very frustrating. Anytime I see one of my packages has to go through their post office I know that I will probably never see said package.
