    The movers we had were a bit late due to their previous move taking longer than expected, but once they arrived they were amazing! So polite and professional, I was very impressed, especially since those qualities seem to be lacking in so many of our young people today. They were careful, fast and were so accommodating and helpful in getting my 80 year old mothers furniture safely moved from her apt to my home. I would highly recommend Heft Services to anyone! Fabulous professionals!!!

    I have a business and for years I used the central post office in Portsmouth and had constant issues and delays. I wish I used Waterlooville post office sooner.
    They are so efficient and nothing is too much trouble. I go out of my way to deliberately use this branch. Raj and the team are a lovely bunch. I recommend this post office to anyone. I’m here a few times a week now with my business post and I refuse to take it any where else.
    Best post office I’ve dealt with over 8 years of being in business. I can’t sing their praises enough

    I needed to send a parcel to India. The cost of the courier was more than the cost of the goods but I needed to get it out there so I had no choice.
    Parcel Monkey accepted my order and took my money only to tell me that the courier could not deliver my parcel to the address I wanted AFTER it had arrived in India! Apparently the courier didn’t service that area, but they still took my money. Weeks later the item has been returned to the UK but I must pay £12 to get this back even when it was their fault. It is an absolute joke. No matter what I have tried I have been told that I need to pay to get it back or choose to have it destroyed. I have had to fight to get any money back for the original fee, and I have only had a partial refund. Steer clear, the customer services is shocking and they will not budge or do anything out of good will even when they are at fault. I will not be using them again personally or for business.
