We have dealt with the owners/managers and employees of this business for more than twenty years and have always been impressed with the quality of service and professionalism. Every business should mirror their level of service.
I was there at 9 am and it was like going at 4pm when everyone is coming out of work. Very slow paste and a lot of chit chatting. If fed ex or ups gave the same service it would close down.
These guys moved me a few years back and did a great job. So I recently contacted them for a quote for my upcoming move.
I completed the online form …waited a few days, no response. Then I completed the short version of the form thinking I completed the wrong form, again waited a couple of days but no response. Then I submitted a question on their website, you can guess the outcome.
So I called them, and told them I was a previous customer and would like a quote and explained I never heard back from anyone. The guy I spoke with said they are understaffed and don’t do quotes unless the move is a couple weeks away but said they can give me a quote. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor but whatever I said fine. He was able to find my web form and said he’ll send me a quote by end of the day. Well that was Friday, I’m writing this review on Wednesday still no quote.
Given such poor customer service, having to jump through hoops for a quote and no concept of customer appreciation when an existing customer is trying to give you repeat business, I will give my business to a more responsive moving company and will not refer anyone to this company because I don’t want to subject anyone else to this type of customer service. Whatever service they provided in the past has gone downhill. , I had previously given them a 5 star rating on Yelp which I deleted given my most interaction with them.
Stay the heck away from this company and find another mover.
These guys were quick professional clean and safe. Very much appreciated. They did a very difficult job for me, and did it very well. Hard working young men.
After having moved to Springfield and paid to have my belongings unloaded I was left with a mess! I needed to have some large furniture items moved to the correct spot. I called The Moving Company in a panic about getting these items moved to their correct spots and they were available on short notice and they were very prompt and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your moving needs! I know should I ever move again I will call them. 5 ⭐‘s when you truly are 10 ⭐ Thank you so much guys!
