    I got a message to say my parcel was there the older lady took a quick look and said it wasn’t. I said it was there somewhere , she took another look and found it. No apology just gave me a blank stare … The young guy there really nice tho .

    We moved house today, and wow! The guys made it so easy for us. They were efficient, professional, and very friendly. They took immaculate care of our belongs. We were truly amazed at the experience we had with them and will 100% be booking with them again next time we move.

    This place is never open at the times Google or the post office website says it is. Twice in one week I’ve arrived to find it closed.

    Co stantly get the notified that my item will be there by a certain time and it’s not there. Also online it says it’s open until 8 pm but it closes down at 7pm update whatever you have to update to stop pissing people off.

    Failed to deliver my package as they couldn’t locate my residence. Try google maps maybe? Unable to contact the company. Not recommended at all.

    Such a worst service I have ever seen. Without even calling us, simply they will update that unable to deliver & attempt failed. Unable to locate our parcel if we go directly there. Shameless people will simply tell to come after 2 days to search out our parcel .
