Worst service ever by Bluedart. They don’t know how to behave with customers. Delivery boy Mr. Chiluka Ramesh, instead of delivering the couriers he delivers the rude way of talking & denied to deliver the package and updated the status as consinee not available

The worse costumer service you can Have. The worse experience I ever had. My car was meant to get in Melbourne from Perth in 2 weeks. It took 4 weeks just to leave Perth, and I haven’t even got my car yet. When I call to find out what was going on Danielle the supervisor treated me like she was doing a favor for me. The last time I call the. To find out about my car Danielle was too busy to answer my phone and or return my call. So firmly ask for an update and when I start to ask to talk to someone that I could not believe the way I was been treated the girl simply hang up the phone on me. I WAS SHOCKED. So I called again this time a much more professional and friendly girl answers the phone and her supervisor (I believe was Robert, can’t remember) called me back and he was much more professional and friendly too. But it took 3 weeks of me calling every second day trying to find out where was my car and why it was in Perth still

TNT are terrible. The worst!! They made their own decision to classify an item toxic or dangerous but never told the Supplier and left the goods sitting in their depot. When chased up and assures the goods are fine, they still couldn’t get the goods to the desired destination. Pathetic excuse of a courier system
