   Poor timeliness and customer service.
   Ordered online on 23rd Oct. website (screenshot below) stated delivery the next day. Ninja van hasn’t delivered even on 25th morning when I am writing the review. Both GNC and Ninja Van haven’t responded to mails with information. Standard replies received.

   Great service and great staff that are willing to go the extra mile. Fast delivery times with no mistakes, I couldn’t ask for a better service. Very quick response times from all staff at all hours, so big thanks to Dan, Elise and Katie.

   Would not recommend this company. Cancelled and rearranged a home removal for 2 days later.
   They did not turn up and would not not answer any of my calls. No explanation given. Very unprofessional and un reliable.

   I’ve used Kliener moving services twice now over the last 5 years. Both times they were well organized, communicated well and had a great team. Pricing may be a bit higher than other movers, but they are far more diligent than some competitors, and take good care of you. Have I mentioned how great the team is that actually moves you. well done.

   Turned up one minute late after closing time to pick up an important medical parcel I had ordered before returning home up north. The parcel was marked as delivered at 12:25 and I was there at 12:31. Shouted at by very unhelpful lady until a male colleague informed me that the alarms were set and I could not get the medication. I now have to search for an alternative source urgently.

   I have been on hold for over 45 minutes and have not spoken to a single person! Does the South African Post Office even exist anymore ??
