    They don’t even deserve one star…my parcel is been hold for 2 weeks and I decided to self collect my parcel since it took so long…and I went there and they all was very free and there are too manyyyyy parcels tht haven’t been delivered…and I said I wanted to collect my parcel..they checked n said the parcel is not there and in another branch in old town ….what for we are paying for delivery if we are collecting by ourself…ITS NOT FAIR AT ALL…Not only me , but there is alot of parcels happening the same…and they are even picking up the call ….all my parcel of mine is happening the same..j&t should take action or close down

    Had the absolute worst experience here. Went there to ship a small parcel weighting 0.5 kg through DHL and was given a ridiculous price of £102. Not to mention the staff provided false information saying the FedEx does not ship at the moment and that DHL has raised their prices due to COVID, which was absolutely untrue. Having not received a tracking number I called them up the next day and informed the parcel hasn’t even been recorded with DHL. At this point I asked for the parcel to be returned and was told that I will not even receive a refund and that it was there policy.

    Damaged appliances, denied damaging the appliances and swore. The pictures of equipment being used are from Google, they use no equipment. Some of these ratings are from the employees themselfs. You can recognize them in the display picture.
