    As usual what I received was wrong. I ordered 40990 in medium petite. Did not receive petite. Last order sent duplicated by someone in your company & the knit pants I received were polyester. I have been very patient because of the virus and after all this time I received a pair of pants in the wrong size. I am returning and do not expect to be charged the $9.99 for your mistake. At this point I do not want anything more shipped to me as you can’t seem to do it right.

    Order no.92907500: Customer no. 1692486: ordered on 12-18-21: where is my exchange for the sweater( too big ). I requested a size 2 X. Where is my credit for the drawstring pants, that was returned. These item were sent back to you using your free return label. Tracing no: 9202 3909 8997 6148 7422 96. These were received by your agents on 1-12-22. Plus an email was sent earlier regarding these same items and no response. Please look into this. Appreciate it. Penny Miller. Thank you.

    I ordered a fleece jacket on 10-3-2022 and still have not received it. I ordered four in different colors and have gotten three. Evergreen is what I’m missing.

    Wow if it could be given no stars I would. Other people’s personal mail is put in my box, little kids hand writing to I’m guessing their mother or father with a completely different address written on them is out in my box. packages that contain hundreds of dollars of items that says DO NOT FOLD end up folded in the mail box. I’m tempted to sit there all day any wait for the mail carrier and yell at them! Also when you try to call them, no one ever answers! Spent an entire day calling every 20 min and it rings for 10 minutes till it just ends the call. They even gave me the wrong key and mailbox number and had to wait for an hour to talk to someone that ultimately said I’ll have to talk to my manager. F that! I’ll talk to your manager and have you all fired! No wonder why the post office is dying. Y’all suck at your job! You have one job! Match the address to the corresponding mail box! How is it that difficult?! If there is an alternative to this method, please, someone let me know! I’ll even pay to not deal with this bullshit!

    Be aware this store “loses” packages constantly in other words steals people’s packages don’t ship to this store if your purchasing something online and it states it will ship here just know your item is going to be stolen
