   I moved my disabled mother in with me on Thursday. This move was between apartments approximately 15 miles apart in the same city.
   My mother told me she had been quoted approximately 1K for help getting packed & moved. It was only a one bedroom apartment amount of items and I’m pregnant, so, since I was told there would be three movers helping her at such a high price, I figured this would go just fine without my supervision.
   The movers showed up 2 hours late.
   The movers wrapped plastic bowls, plastic containers and a ton of other misc. items (even found a wrapped melted popsicle) in tons of plastic and tape for literally no reason other than to stretch out their hours because this company doesn’t do flat fees – they were charging approx. $150 an hour.
   The movers UNPACKED boxes I had my husband bring over for them to move a few weeks prior – to repack them because they were too heavy.
   The movers attempted to blame my disabled mother for how long they were taking because she was hurting too much to pack her bookshelves herself.
   This task would take maybe 30 minutes for three able-bodied, young-adult, males to complete, if that. Not to mention, the books she did pack – they unpacked and repacked cuz the boxes were again too heavy.
   Keeping in mind, again, that there were three men. My husband had moved these boxes by himself prior to the movers arriving.
   The movers attempted to direct my mother and tell her she needed to pack things – when it is very clear that my mother is disabled and struggles with walking, let alone other physical activities.
   But they at least moved everything, right?! Wrong.
   My mom’s apartment had more than four trips with an SUV worth of items left behind, including packing material trash left by the movers.
   But they at least did this all in a timely fashion, right?! Wrong.
   These fools weren’t done until nearly midnight moving this one bedroom apartment 15 miles west when they were supposed to begin at 1PM.
   But at least they didn’t charge you the full price? Yes. At least they did that. Because at the end of this process, the lead mover had the gall to say we would have owed them over 2.1K for their help. We payed closer to 1.2K.
   However, for 1.2K, Jesus Christ my guys. That was like a $300 and free pizza quality work. Do better. Thanks.

   Great company, very organized in every department everyone is very nice they will do everything to help you and finish the job. Great people with the best service!

   Rushed out of work early to drop off a package……only to find out they closed the store an hour early just because they are lazy…..pathetic
