    There is house warming ceremony of my newly built house so i was in urgent need of gas stove. Therefore today I ordered a gas stove online fromm big bazaar nucleolus mall ranchi because there is no option of offline purchasing and I choose the option of store pickup. But the guards not allowed me to go inside and i got a message of home delivery. i m waiting for the delivery since 1 pm. customer care numbers are not responding nor they update me and tracking status show that it will be delivered between 4-6 pm today. But now @6.07 pm no updates yet. Worst experience ever… Kindly let me know about the delivery of my paid product.

    An amount of ₹819.56 has been debited from my profit club account on 3rd May but my order is not showing. Delivery date was 4 to 6 pm on the same date. Please resolve.

    Said “Undeliverable – front door not accessible” on a “guaranteed next day delivery” from amazon.
    I was sitting out front waiting for my package when I got the notification it was “undeliverable.”
    They didn’t even try. Worst delivery company ever.

    Sent a parcel from Belfast to Dublin on June 8th (100 miles should be next day delivery) and it still has not been delivered and has a status of exported since June 10th, if it was the first time i’d say ok but its not and my stupidity to think you pay a delivery company and they’d actually do what you pay them to do and deliver

    If I could give no stars I would. So our package made it from BC to Ontario in 6 hours, and it took 22 hours to get from Mississauga to Newmarket, which I believe to be maybe an hour drive. Since then it has now been 4 hours since it was posted for delivery, and we live around the corner. What’s impressive is how little customer service can do for you since employees don’t scan packages and they have no idea what is going on, why have that department at all….

    We purchased a sofa at Next in Meadowhall and then realised we needed to arrange our own pick up/delivery. We contacted John and within 10 mins we had agreed a time and a price. We got it the next day. Great Service and what a cracking van. Lovely bloke and will use again if we need anything picking up/shifting/delivering etc. Nice one John.
