We need to know our 1XL sea cargo to be arrive in anila.
DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE BG POSHTI FOR THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!! My package still has been sitting at their depot for a week because ‘no courier driver is available to deliver to my area’ so I’ve paid 100s in shipping and they can’t deliver my products!!!! I can’t believe this!!! STAY CLEAR AT ALL COST OF THIS COMPANY.
I have used BG POSHTI on four different occasions and I have to say their service is absolutely outstanding, all four times the parcels I sent to my family in Pakistan arrived on time and in perfect condition. Extremely professional, very courteous and 100% reliable. I extremely highly recommend this company, 10 out of 10.
Customer service is very poor, Delivery Service from BG Poshti is non-existent. Why do I have to drive across town to collect a parcel I paid $25 for overnight delivery, 6 days and 4 phone calls and it’s still undelivered. 2 out of 4 customer service reps were quite rude when I was trying to organise redirection. Gave them my address 4 times and 3 times they recorded it incorrectly. Watched their courier driver visit my given work address 2 days in a row, both times with no parcel. I can’t call the service poor as there was ZERO service provided. I’ve basically paid BG Poshti $25 to hold my parcel for a week and hold me up on the phone for well over an hour total. Now I get to drive across town in my own time, using my own gas to do their job for them. NOT HAPPY.
