   If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not post bad reviews but this time it is too much.
   Unhelpful and rude staff all the time, every time.
   Non existent customer service.
   How come those ladies are still working there is beyond me.
   All you need to do is read the reviews here.
   I have been using this post office for last 10 years and the last few years the customer service has gone down very badly. I meant to post a review last few times, but thought I will give them another chance. You can not. This has to stop.
   I also, like some other people here will be writing to my MP (Ian Duncan Smith) as an urgent intervention is needed.
   Just got back from there and because the label was printed at home and she could not see it from the distance she refused to take the parcel. I did ask politely to scan it properly and she refused, saying she can not see it therefore she will not take it. I need glasses to read now, but this label I have printed and attached to the parcel I can read easily with no glasses. She refused it and did not want to scan it properly, as she could not see it. Don’t want to go down to their level and be rude, like she was to me today, but maybe it’s time to visit Specsavers?
   I went to another post office and the parcel was accepted with no problems.
   Will not be using Station Road Post Office for foreseeable future, or until they will change the staff and get someone new, someone who knows what Customer Service is and what it means in a first place.
