    POST BELOW EXPLAINS WHY NO RATING…so, tried to post with no rating but had to post with 1 star for this to go public, 1 star is one too many.
    Thoroughly disappointed beyond words. One of the guys was HIGH on energy drinks, frequent consumption. Wreckless with our mom’s furniture and possessions. PRESSURED us to sign/post moving reviews before pick up site was completed. Guy with energy drinks spent first 10 minutes bragging about the HUGE tips they got because they were so good. FAST FORWARDED…after moving everything to destination, they leave. Later , energy guy calls wondering if we saw his Wildcat beanie. While looking for it we found a chunk of wood in middle of room from her dresser we presume, and a moving pad lying on mom’s dresser, covering up a gouge made most likely, we mention this to energy drink guy…he states his partner said it was already there.( We pondered that statement and remembered we were in her bedroom when energy guy wrapped the dresser and that gouge was not there. I dust it frequently…not there. Mom too frail to lift anything of any weight to cause it.).I called office and let them know we had that guys beanie, moving pad and a glove. Advised him that energy guy needed to call me to make arrangements to pick items up, not just show up at his convenience. We can only figure the damage was done when they were putting the mirror back on. If we could move the dresser away from wall I’m sure we would find on metal what was gouged of top of dresser.We later found another piece of furniture had a 6 in deep scratch that broke thru the plastic wrap.
    My sister has made several attempts to contact Matt G, owner. No call returned.
    Moving pad, beanie and glove still at my sister’s home.
    Matt G, if you have not called, please call her to make appt to pick up those items and see the damage for yourself. We have items covering damage on dresser up to keep from mom. The move was stressful but this damage will thoroughly upset our 93 yo mother.
    Appt to go to her home is essential, guard dog on premises and you can’t get in without Teresa.
    FOLKS, NEVER LET YOURSELF BE PRESSURED INTO POSTING REVIEW UNTIL EVERYTHING UNLOADED AT DESTINATION AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED. ALSO, IF YOU HAVE EXPENSIVE WELL MAINTAINED FURNITURE LIKE OUR MOM…TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY ANGLE PRIOR TO THE MOVE.
