    They don’t know how to do their job, order things to be delivered on weekend and an excuse every time they don’t feel like delivering. Shame to have Ben Line as a service.

    Beware! Dishonest cashier at Ben Line! Decided to try this place to ship out a gift for a friend’s son’s birthday (shoes) and was scammed by the cashier. Asked for pricing and was told that tracking was not provided (USPS). I was in a rush so decided to ship it. The cashier kept asking what was inside of the package, I responded a gift for my friend. He insisted I was a shoe reseller and probably made big money? I was shocked to hear such a comment from a retailer but decided to ignore it. He asked again if it was some Jordans so I politely responded by asking him the different shipping options. I decided to ship it USPS standard. Paid and left. A week later the package was still not delivered. Followed up with the cashier and he said since there was no tracking number there was nothing he could do. **Save yourself a lot of headache, ship elsewhere, this business is about ripping off their customers and taking no responsibility. Checked with BBB (Better Business Bureau) and this is the 2nd complaint.

    I rearranged my weekly meetings to take time off to accept delivery which I was told by Ben Line, would arrive yesterday between 11 am & 3 pm; no call, no-show driver, hence, no delivery. The following day, despite being told my area is an every day delivery area, I’m told the delivery won’t arrive until tomorrow, same time frame. And no good answer, to my question to customer service, what happens if driver doesn’t show tomorrow? Be forewarned when dealing with them, their time is very important, but yours isn’t. Hopefully my last time dealing with Ben Line.
