    All ended well but was challenging. Maybe I’ll just make suggestions:
    1. Tell customer delivery driver’s phone may be out of state number.
    2. If GPS lands driver in a “field” teach them to call customer (my guy called to tell me he was on his way, but called his base to have me reschedule when he got lost…and he was actually right next door to me), OR, just be more observant of the address and his/her surroundings. He should have been able to find us without GPS.
    But the whole base team stayed in very close contact with me so that was EXCEPTIONAL. Shelby was my hero!! Thank you!!

    We use Ally Logistics to move all of our freight shipments from Miami to Grand Rapids. We work with them on almost a monthly basis and have been doing so for about 3 years. Have only had great experiences using this company.

    I ship items for a living with UPS and have had experiences all over the country with different UPS Stores. My experience at the Lake Jackson store has to be the WORST I have ever experienced.
    The employees are outright rude. Today, I made a simple request for them to add a sign to the door that does not open. It can be difficult for customers carrying packages to open doors and when the door you pull on is locked, it make it more difficult. The response of the store employee was to give me a dirty look, drop my receipt on the counter and walked away. She didn’t even respond or acknowledge my suggestion.
    Rude does not begin to explain these employees; it’s to the point I’d rather drive to Houston than deal with this store ever again.
