    I ordered 2 double wear eyeliner Estee Lauder 3 weeks ago. After calling to see where my order was, I was told it would be delivered on Monday May 4. It is Wednesday the 6th. of May and I still do not have my order. I was never given a order number. If I don’t receive my order in the next few days I am going to refute the charges.

    I am not pleased with my online orders with Belks. One gift never arrived (gourmet food basket)) One Santa order came with no manuel and parts missing. The box was ripped open (kevamaple) over $120
    Things came so sporadically I don’t know what arrived. One order was doubled and I paid for both–now I have to figure out what to send back.(sweater-socks-barite scarf. Since I am very sick with cancer I don’t feel like going through the task of looking up order and tracking # Hopefully you can do this job

    Delivery people were great. They delivered fast, setup and hauled off the old mattress and box spring. They were friendly!
    The company was in constant contact about the status of the delivery. They texted a few days leading up to the delivery. Called about 15 minutes before the delivery and then showed up on time.

    When a trailer or tractor goes in for a PM, please make sure everything works before it’s sent out of the shop. That would save a lot of time for the drivers and mechanics as well. I had to send my trailer back in to get lights fixed even after it was released from the PM. Time consuming and aggravating.

    Do not go to this post office. The line up’s are insanely long- on average a 20-30 min wait. The staffs work incredibly slow and they are ridiculously rude. They will snap at a customer when asked a reasonable question. Been to this post office over 5 times and never had a good experience. I highly suggest you walk 5 blocks down to the usps in penn station- it will save you more time. No one enjoys waiting 20+ mins to get treated with so much attitude. The staff here does not understand what ‘customer service’ means.

    Great work!
    Very swift process and highly professional movers. They handled our belongings with a great amount of care and were flexible throughout the move. They also were very generous with moving supplies that made the move as seamless as possible. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
