J’ai des courriers envoyés par le service des équivalences depuis le 10/03/2020 en destination du Cameroun (432-Dschang) en courrier recommandé. Cependant je ne dispose pas du numero ID pour le tracer en ligne et la poste camerounaise n’a pas encore accusé reception desdits courriers. Je ne sais comment faire. Merci de m’orienter.

Depuis plusieurs semaines je ne reçois plus de courrier en France, j’ai fait mon changement d’adresse à tous les organismes.
J’attends des vignettes de mutuelle depuis 3 mois je les ai commandé à 5 reprises, la mutuelle me confirme que c’est bien parti de chez eux avec ma nouvelle adresse, mais je n’ai rien reçu.
J’attends des factures du CHU non reçues non plus.
Que dois je faire ??? Dois je déposer plainte auprès de la poste en Belgique ou en France???
Ou est ce courrier et comment le récupérer???

It’s been a month that I have been waiting for 2 parcels in the name of Ferreira Antonio from Brussels (Jette), for Lisbon (Mem-Martins).
When I visit the b post site to track my package, I notice that the address has a lot of error. The site address does not really match the address written on the shipping slip. How can I make up for this error before the packages return to Brussels. since on 02/15, they have already noticed on shipment that the address is incorrect.

I sent a parcel to Brasil on November 28 from the post office in Brussels. Mr. Ma told me that delivery in 10 days maximum 15 days.
I am not happy for my package which has not yet arrived in Brasil
Everything went smooth with Belgium Post. Very responsive and communicative. Their reviews are testament to what they do. Would definitely work with them again. Their carrier was also a pleasure to work with. Victor is great at what he does and is patient and understanding. Thank you Victor. Why would Belgium Post keep my mail for 10 days??? It was not a joke!!! I am not going to mention her name, but I had important paperwork from Social Security, a Halloween Card that my grandson was waiting for from his grandfather in Florida, also!!!!! I am very upset, to say the least!! I have to rate this at least 1 star, or they will not post this!! If I could I would rate them 0, I would!!!! They are RUDE on phone, at desk also!!!!!
While Belgium Post staff aren’t always super polite, they know policy well and give great advice and are efficient. They have the more important qualities of being informed and good at their jobs 🙂
I used BELGIUM POST 5 years ago and all went as promised. I returned to be totally dissatisfied! I verified with the sales agent that the driver that picked up my car would be the person delivering the car. When the driver loaded my car on the transport, I again verified that he would be the person delivering my car. He affirmed this and set the delivery date. After receiving zero communications I wasted a day calling to find my car. At 9 PM on the promised delivery date, I finally was informed that my car would be delivered the next day. No car carrier and not the pick up driver but someone else drove my car to the meeting point. I was rushed by him to sign for delivery after quickly inspecting my car. He RAN away and I drove away. I parked 10 minutes later and when I exited the car noticed that the car’s roof antenna was broken. I immediately called the third party company (I did not know this was their practice) that BELGIUM POST subcontracted with, that delivered my car and the owner informed me that I signed the release and that I broke my own antenna. I contacted them and they relied on my signing the receipt for the car and would provide zero assistance on my claim. Two lessons to be learned, don’t be rushed to sign off for your car until you extensively check above and below car for damage and find another carrier!
