   The truck/moving crew were fantastic. They were courteous, responsive, neat, careful, and did a great job, both in packing and in dropping off. All items were handled with care, nothing was broken or marred, and they worked hard until they were done. The agents were responsive to all phone calls and were very communicative. The only reason for the 3 stars is because the initial cost estimate process is poor. The cost is underbid until you put a deposit down. After deposit the price was raised considerably. We had a 30 min verbal over the phone, an hour video assessment, and then an actual live person come to the home to assess. And still they were off by over 30%. After the deposit is made, the new price that was 30-40% higher. They need to get better assessors!! Our job was being covered by new employers who asked for an estimate and we gave them the initial one so that is what they agreed to cover. THen they raise the price considerably and we have to cover the extra. Had we been given us the correct estimate in the first place, we could have gotten it covered.
   So just plan on paying a few thousand more than the original estimate.

   The team of workers were extremely friendly. I am old and they made this easy and almost fun. If moving can be fun. They were fantastic. I highly recommend You Move Me Allentown. A satisfied customer

   I don’t normally write reviews but every staff member at this location sounded very pleasant, quick, and helpful, and the gentleman who assisted me was fantastic. Thank you!
